What an AI report is

Three reports read a matrix and write what a good coach would say about it: the personal development plan on one person's skills, strengths and next steps; the team development plan on coverage, single points of failure and who could mentor whom; and an organization report across the teams beneath an org. They are generated on demand as PDFs and never stored — see two real examples. The free plan includes 3a month, which is a quarter's worth for most teams; Pro is for the lead who writes one for every one-to-one.

The matrix and the Market of Skills session are not reports: they are the product, and they are free on both plans.

Questions before you pay

What does the free plan include?

Everything a team needs to map itself: unlimited teams of up to 20 people, a skills matrix per team that updates in real time, Market of Skills sessions, organizations with the cross-team roll-up, and 3 AI-written development plans or reports a month (personal, team or organization) as PDFs. There is no trial period and no card to enter.

What does Pro add?

AI reports without the monthly cap: the personal and team development plans and the organization report whenever you want them, under a fair-use ceiling of 200 a month. Pro is €9 per person per month, billed to the account that upgrades.

Is Pro per person or per team?

Per person. The report allowance is counted on the account that generates the reports, so the team lead who writes the development plans is usually the one who upgrades. Everyone else on the team uses Kunska free — the matrix and the sessions are the same on either plan.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Billing in your profile settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and your teams, matrices and sessions stay exactly as they are — only the report allowance goes back to the free one.

What happens when I run out of free reports?

The report is refused and Kunska tells you when the allowance comes back (the first of the next month, UTC). A report that fails to generate is never counted. Nothing else is limited: the matrix and the sessions keep working.

Do you charge VAT?

Prices are shown without VAT. Checkout, run by Stripe, adds the tax that applies where you are and takes a VAT number for business customers.
